And it's a beater! Picked up the frameset for $120 with some haggling at the Cupertino Swap meet. It's pretty rough, but I like it a lot. You can see the remnants of a number plate hanger braze on on the top tube. Built by Pelizzoli for Concorde for the PDM Videocassettes team

Those bars are crazy strong! But I did swap them out for some cheap alu risers like 2-3 days after I posted it. I also drilled the struts to bring the basket in.
