iam 1,83 heigh and my inseam is 83cm, so i should take a 55cm frame or 53cm frame?

I'm 6'1" and my 58cm frame is perfect fit with a seatpost on top of that.

These pedals are perfect for me, so I have them on all my bikes. They are small, unobtrusive and gave me the excuse to buy a pair of Sidi Eagle 6 SRS carbon soled shoes.
