I did. They said 23mm for the Alpina Track fork and up to 30mm for the Dolan Road fork without brakes. Rear frame takes up to 30mm as well. I notice a lot of times that the manufacturer are always conservative with their sizing. That's why I'd rather ask here. Thanks.

Had to take a look,
28 in the front is a no. 25 just squeezes clear.
at the back 28, or 30 should be possible. Maybe you'll have to fiddle about with a half link to give yourself more room but it should be fine.
