Ha i just cant win with you!!!
no they are actually just large... the rake on the alpina fork causes some majore overlap, even with the holdfast straps i had major overlap... probably try out something smaller but its good for now as long as i dont do any sharp turns.

yeah totally agree, the gr9s with cages create alot of toe overlap for the city ride and sharp turns that i am doing... with these pedals and straps it becomes a little easier to control the overlap.... but yeah totally agree

aint that stem too long for a frame that size
Posted over 12 years ago
So after long debate i had to agree and after i tried different sizes smaller was the way to go...

stem looks perfect on the frame. i would just change the pedalsetup. its not fgfs man.

much better.. looks comfy but the touclip looks a little too long lol, is i XL

Its a trackbike, there's gonna be overlap with these frames. I always considered that part of the challenge in riding a trackbike on the street.
BTW, I think it looks great!

Getting a real track chain will lighten the load a bit. The 1/2 links are overkill on a non-FGFS setup.

Thanks man, yeah the half link chain... long story about that one, the guy from my local LBS broke my other chain and the only thing that they had in stock was a half link that would work at least... next thing i have to do is switch it up.... never no though i might be doing some bar spins and bunny hops soon.... jking
