i don't exactly dig those platforms & straps... but i do imagine they serve some kind of purpose for you as a rider.... in any case, fantastic build!

I've been wanting to run 28's for ages, the roads are grim around here so i'd rather have fatter tyres and less punctures to be honest

yeah, its understandable. It's just that those are usually meant to be ran w/ 23c BUT who cares, I run 28c's on my some of my bikes too
