Dosnoventa "Steel Samurai" Prototype

The guys from Dosnoventa made this frame for testing. It's a lightweight 1 inch 1400 grams steel frame, with a 300 grams full carbon fork.Tested and approved. And it was at the shop right at the time I was wanting a Dosnoventa Road bicycle. So they were kind enough for selling me this exclusive full build. The paint job is similar to Seoul track frame and the decals reminds me the Dosnoventa Barcelona, which I personaly love.

first dosnoventa which looks acceptable even if they are just following the steel trend. plus it has a nice paint job. hopefully the quality is not the same of their alloy frames.

what do you think of the welded joints?

They stoped building frames with Columbus tubes. It is Dedacciai now.I'm not the right person to talk about technical stuff, but I rode 112k, with 1400m elevation on a very wet condition with this build and it felt great, very responsive and stiff. And the welded joints are so smooth that you can't even see.I'm a very light guy, so I would never have problems with it.

lucky you. my 85kg could bring lighter frames to their knees fast.^^
i also like that they gave it a 1" steerer and a slim fork, what would be the retail price?

There is no retail price, because this frame is not for sale. It's a 1 of 1 prototype frame.I got a special price for the complete bike (not brand new) because I know the guys.

posted this on another forum and it already received positive feedback on it's shape and tubing. maybe they should put it in production.
