Upgraded headset from Athena to Record
The Veloflex Masters did not last long on the 32 spoke wheels, so I have replaced them with some Vittoria Corsa Graphene tyres.

Thanks for the comments folks :) I have seen a few other Corsa Extra's with chrome rear ends but they have all had some sort of stamp/Merckx logo at the top of the seat stays, but mine does not have any. I don't know if this was always like this, or the paint on the rear end got so bad that the previous owner realised it was all chrome underneath and stripped the paint back to reveal the chrome instead. Has anyone seen an all chrome Merckx Corsa Extra with no stamps on the top of the seat stays before?Link? TIA.

Omggg dzang, I luvvv this bike. Paint scheme is amazing, and that black, clincher Shamal wheelset is so dreamy on this bike! Great balance of vintage & less-vintage!
