Btw do you know the geo for this 56? Plan on selling the mash and picking up on of these in the near future.
Posted over 11 years ago
also wondering what seat post diameter it takes? it looks like a 27.2 but jw to double check
Posted over 11 years ago
Sorry for the very late reply, but I'm not completely sure about the geometry. It would be best to hit up the E11 team leader, on facebook if you have one. His name is Kvein Won Yong Kang
Posted over 11 years ago
haha its all good. yeah i already talked to kang for a good while, but i decided to get a vigorosa instead
Posted over 11 years ago
this is wicked sick.. what size is the frame and how tall are you man?
Posted almost 12 years ago
how did you get this?
Posted almost 12 years ago
Thank you! Sadly, I haven't taken it to the track yet, since I'm waiting for the 2013 training sessions to start. But it feels great on rollers ^.^
Posted almost 12 years ago
does not look as desired during build period, looks like not a surprise for this. nice crankset btw!
Posted about 12 years ago
this is just my opinion. but why did you put a zen on some campagnolo records? i would never do something like that... but overall its a clean bike
Posted about 12 years ago
I wasn't originally going to have Records on this bike, I was going to put the chainring on some Omniums I had, but I sold them, and got the Records, but in my opinion, I really like the Zen + Campy combo. You're not the first to ask me this question haha, and I'm not the only one to think it looks good also.
Posted about 12 years ago
I still also have the 51T campy chainring, just incase I want to gear up.
Posted about 12 years ago
I do too. I want to grab some campy record cranks and put my Zen ring on them.
Posted about 12 years ago
lol guy said he would never do something like that, as if the fixie god's would come down and slap him in the mouth for doing such a thing, who cares.
Posted about 12 years ago
You really wanted to go with the kurve on this? I guess this is more of a tarcking bike then? Its beautiful nonetheless though!
Posted about 12 years ago
Just because the Kurve is designed for comfort, conforming to the rider's body. Like a fancier brooks. That's why I assumed it would be for tarcking since you generally do more riding in the saddle when riding street.
Posted about 12 years ago
Oh, I see. I'm actually using this bike strictly for the track. And since a lot of the time during training we are on the saddle, I bought something that will stay comfy.
Posted about 12 years ago
OoOoH okay! I feel. I still needa hit up all the tracks in socal.. never got to since I moved back down here from sj. Maybe one day, if high school stops busting me. Hopefully I can see this beast in real life then haha.
Posted about 12 years ago
Anything is possible haha! And I know what you mean with high school just kicking your ass man, one more year for me, and College will be kicking mine haha!
Posted about 12 years ago
Same. I thought senior year would be a breeze but I guess it was all lies.. :(
Posted about 12 years ago
I'm taking the easy route this year, so next year, college is going to tear me up haha
Posted about 12 years ago
Shouldn't have slammed your rear wheel with the zen. You should leave some links so you can change between 49T and 51T!
Posted about 12 years ago
His rear wheel is like midway through the dropout. Still lotsa space for gear changing.
Posted about 12 years ago
Finaly! looks great bro
Posted about 12 years ago
Haven't ridden it haha, just got built today, and I'm waiting to take it to the track
Posted about 12 years ago
YESSS!!! IT'S SO GOOD!!! Get some photos in the daylight when you get the chance too.
Posted about 12 years ago
Will do! I just realized how i should never take pictures in the dark with my blurry eyes haha!
Posted about 12 years ago
Can't wait!
Posted about 12 years ago
Just curious, why'd you go with the Ultegra seatpost instead of a 3T one?
Posted about 12 years ago
^ exactly what I asked, Silly. He doesnt like 3T seatposts is what he said. -_-
Posted about 12 years ago
I read some reviews, and I would have been spending more on a less stiff seatpost, unless I wanted to spend like $100 than I did with the Ultegra. And plus the Ultegra has that rarity to it, but how many people have you seen with this seatpost? I mean it doesn't really follow color coordination, but I still think it will look good haha.
Posted about 12 years ago
*$100 more than I did.
*I was somewhat in a budget, and if I spent an extra $100 on the seatpost, I wouldn't have enough for my bb. I could have gotten a Thomson, but idk. I'm still happy I got the Ultegra! :)

So..... Its October. WHERES YOUR BIKE. :3
Posted about 12 years ago
Dude, you're more impatient than me, and this isn't even YOUR bike. It will come when it comes. I can't really do anything about it.
Posted about 12 years ago
KJDSFOASKDAOSKJDSAK WHY THE FUCK ISNT IT EHREA FALREADUY AJFODSJKFLD
Posted about 12 years ago
Dont you think it's a little weird having track grips on road drops ? definitely would look a lot better with bar tape.
Posted about 12 years ago
No, I don't actually. i've ridden them, and are really really comfy
Posted about 12 years ago
Does it really matter? I did it like that, because it is comfy, not for it to look good for your sake. If you don't like how I did my bike, that is cool. Have fun with your opinion.
Posted about 12 years ago
It's like, why do you position your seat all the way to the end of the railing? That doesn't look good, but who cares, as long as you are comfy.
Posted about 12 years ago
yeah ride it like you like it, and don't listen to other ppls opinions. unless you have a shit seat angle
Posted about 12 years ago
WOW, they might look comfy but it doesnt look good at all...........function over fashion ya doucher. Ericko, deees build is gunna be reall niiiiice!
Posted about 12 years ago

Posted about 12 years ago
Thank you! I've very excited for this haha, But October seems so far away :(
Posted about 12 years ago
I ordered it directly from the co-owner of the company that lives up in Fullerton, so when the frames arrive I get to pick-up whichever size I see fit.
