+1 on the short stem. It's the only thing that kills this build. Everything else is close to perfect though.

Totally different from the shimano pedals i've been using but all is well after a couple times of clipping in and out!

I was gonna comment on the short stem, but then I noticed you had short stems on all your bikes. I'm assuming you know something about bike fit since you have enve. Short arms?

Well these engine 11 frames should allow you to run a longer stem because the top tube is shorter than most track frames
