I ride time atac. They take some time to get used to, but when you feel the power it's amazing! Also I would recommend flipping your cleats, it's harder to unclip but you won't unclip accidentally. I started with them but I hear a lot of people trying SPD to get the feeling.

Needs better pedals! They'll save our legs and give you more power on your stroke trust me!
