Andrew did you have any issue with tire rub or wheel clearance with the 60x25mm carbons?

AndrewZorn says:

Not even close, 5mm+ all around.

Except at that cutout area on the seat tube, it's kind of close there. But still 3mm+. I have had other bikes with much less clearance.

still running 2:1 lacing Continental GP4000S II tire. Was there an issue with different tire brands, or the consistency of the tire?

I don't understand.

The spoke lacing or tire brand isn't going to make a difference in clearance since there is plenty, if that's what you are asking.

Sorry i meant. Did you have any issues with choosing a tire. I know some tires are not true to size?

AndrewZorn says:

Again, the clearance is plenty, the tires are not really that close to the bike at all. Tires that run 1mm larger or smaller is an issue I struggle with on a different bike, but on this one, there is plenty of space.

Good looking roadie! I live a few miles away from Felt Headquarters. There's loads of Felts running around in my area. They're great solid world class bikes. How are you liking the farsports wheels?

I know I'm replying 2 years late, but... the wheels are still good! I have noticed almost zero deviation from true since ownership. I'm not sure if the braking surfaces are a little uneven or it's my imagination, but for the price I really like them. Glad I went for the aluminum brake track.
