SRAM Red. Or Ultegra.

ultegra runs worse than rival if you ask me. Cant come close to comparing red to ultegra but thats just from my experience.

+1 on not going electric. Honestly, it's a waste of money. I would go with Campy Chorus (Record if you can afford it) or 2013 SRAM Red. Seriously. You'll thank yourself. I mean, why give yourself the extra headaches with all the gadgets and crap hanging off your bike. Do you honestly need it?

Dura ace 7900 or Dura ace 9000 would be nice on this. Or even the newer Sram Red

sloman says:
If you are limited by injurys, there is no need for race quality parts. You get better bang for the buck with middle grade parts(avoid the bottom/price leaders) Shimano Tiagra 9 spd is a very good group though initial setup is sometimes tough. Or Campy chorus is always good, but more expensive. I have MS and ride for fitness as much as fun. My advise is don't overdo it at first, know your limits but seek to expand them gradually.Enjoy
