My first 650b conversion road bike build and first build with upright bars and dynamo.

Frame:
Soma Fog Cutter, Heat treated Tange Prestige CrMo, 51cm, 700c road frame

Fork/Headset:
Carbon Fork with Tange Seiki J2 1-1/8" Headset

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
SRAM X5 MTB Triple

Pedals:
Odyssey "Fiery Swirl" Pedal

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Sunrace 11-36t rear, 44-33-22t front (yea, more hill climbing gears than i probably need)

Derailleurs/Shifters:
S-Ride shifter and derailleurs

Handlebars/Stem:
Ahearne-MAP Cycles Bar, IRD Satin Stem

Saddle/Seatpost:
WTB Speed ProGel

Brakes:
Yokozuna Motoko Disc with IRD Sylvan Brake Levers

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
IRD Timbre rim, Kasai Dynamo Hub, Soma Grand Randonneur EX tires 650b x 42

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
IRD Timbre rim, Suzue Cyclone hub, Soma Grand Randonneur EX tires 650b x 42

Accessories:
Cardiff Torpedo Grips, B+M Eyc Dynamo Light

More Info:
Still needs a rack, rear flasher, and water bottle cage. Retro Torpedo grips don't really match the carbon fork, but I wanted to try them.

I am 5'6-1/2". If you have a short torso or limited flexiblity this might work. The TT is fairly long for a "51cm"
