It seems so from one of your pictures, but is triangle drilled for a back brake?

It appears so from your second picture, but could you or someone else confirm that the back wheel has a drilled spot for brakes?

nothing wrong with having a drilled brake hole. i see you can change the dropouts to make it a road bike. so it makes sense...
