First, get straps. High ratio without brakes or foot retention is dangerous. Second, don't skid on a tubular. Get a clincher wheel for the rear. Lastly, 49x14 is a bad ratio for street, I would lower it a little (I run 48x17). But if your city is mostly flat, it's possible I guess. Everything else looks good.

Yeah my city is just flats. Btw I know I have a tubular LOL. But I so not intend to just leave it on, I'm trying to purchase me a nice mavic rear ATM.
