This looks like my old bike I used to race on. I had this & a TVM Track bike. I got them both brand new from Reality Cycles Rotherham UK. Who used Gazelle bike for their racing Team.
Managed to win a few races on both bikes. Not many of the TVM bikes in the Uk at the time & I believe my track bike was the only one in TVM colors.
