This is prob a gitane bike. If you put up a picture of the print on the bottom bracket shell, I could let you know it it is.

It says "1335"(can't barely see the "1" on the pic) and then "231" below it.

I am pretty sure it is a 1974 Gitane Mexico.
Here is why I think so:
-Stronglight Track Cranks came stock
-Same Lugs
-Reynolds tubing
-Similar clearances
-dropouts look the same (except yours are painted and scratched)
-Fork crown

Bien d'accord, j'ai vu beaucoup de similarités à ces niveaux là moi aussi sur des cadres Gitane. J'ai un numéro de série sur le boitier je vais vérifier.
