Got this very rare GT on ebay at a good price, rust free and in original condition (!) I love the colour and it rides great!

Funny thing about the stem height... I actually bought it like this and I'm trying to lower it since then. But it's stuck.
However, you should be able to adjust the height, once you loosen the stem and headset screws. (unless yours is stuck too....)
