you have so many greate bikes there, I like Yksivaihde flikr :) btw is there any issues with riding brakeless in Helsinki? I heard about big fees..

no problem riding brakeless, even though it's technically illegal. most of the cops don't give a shit or don't know enough about bikes.

how´d you manage to fit those 30mm tires? also want that for winter setup

jamesssi says:

if u have some loose-bearing balls leftover, take few of them and put them between the forks and hubs axles. that should do the trick in front. rea wrheel is anti-slammed as far as dropouts let it be. wheels should be true as possible because it's still quite tight over there. this is my second winter in Finland with GT and I love it! hopefully yours will be fine as well.

Very cool GT. Also amazing grammo stem - those are something else. Is your GT 62cm center-to-center? I've noticed GTBs and Pulses aren't exactly the same measurements. My GTB is 61cm c-t-c.

Cheers! The frame is 62cm center-to-top. I think this frame was made even before Pulse or so I've been told. Just sent e-mail to GT to know better.

lovely bike and and also a great picture.

i'd try to find a 25.4 clamp stem since that one looks really beefy but otherwise the bike's splendid.
