Yeah, getting a hold of different colored phil wood hubs is hard. sometimes they are on ebay, or try just calling up Phil Wood and they can either make them for you or inform you of a distributor near you that can get a hold of them for you.

yeah right there are several retailers here that sells red phil wood hub but the things that makes it harder for me is i only need the rear hub but they are all selling in pair
