Vitus steel track frame built by Cliff Shrubb in the 70's for the Inner London Education Authority (ILEA) on behalf of the legendary Herne Hill velodrome. Resprayed and refurbed in the '80's by Harry Rowland (Harry O). Used by me as a commuter rat during the winter of 2012/13 The seattube has a disc stamped ILEA , and the headtube was previously marked with the number 13
