"We decided that we wanted to make a bike within the last year. At a time when everyone seems to be rushing to make the cheapest bike out of the cheapest materials for the wrong reasons— we decided to take a step back and do some research. What we gathered was our deep appreciation for NJS bikes, the Cannondale Track and also bike designers that were driven to stand out, like Landshark (none of which have any affiliation to us). So, when we decided that The Heavy Pedal would make a bike we took all three, great ideas into account. We introduce to you, Zephyr." I really dig this. I'm pretty certain that my next build will be a Zephyr. It's pretty over the top looking, but I keep circling back to the idea that I'm going to build one.

Amazing - saving up for a pink one!
What size is this?
Posted over 10 years ago
Sorry about the late reply, mine is a 56. They run a size small and between sizes, so this fits like a 55.

No, I dropped a considerable amount of $$$ on fixing my car last month so I have to save up again for this frame. Why, what's up?

how the geometry and stiffness?
Posted about 11 years ago
Geometry is tight enough for a quick responsive feeling. The double butted tubing, triangular top tube and thick welds all make the bike a stiff ride.
