Human Powered Machines Long Haul

Kid hauling super machine, this beast hauls me and the family to work and school every day. I bought it second hand from a family that got it from Human Powered Machines in Eugene, Oregon in 2004. Since purchasing it in August 2019 I had Mark Nobilette add disc brake tabs and I've massively overhauled the bike. In spring of 2020 I'm hoping to powdercoat the frame (after the frame mods it got a coat of Farmall red, ha!).

Okay finally I am seeing something that I have been planning for awhile. But if there is already that seat as a platform, why not simply lift the platform to clear the frontend and voila, have an entire cot to sleep on. With that center stand it is perfect. And then a light weight cane canopy with bug screen and hanging lantern.
