Yep it was white with chrome fork tips and stays. The levers are awesome really cheap and comfortable also look nice with the hwy1 imo

i don't think i want road levers or i would definitely get those! i have used them before on a trek i was fixing up for a friend and enjoyed them. id prefer a tradition finger pull style lever.

Never seen paint like this... Did you strip the seat tube or something ?
Posted over 10 years ago
After finding a deep scratch on the seat tube i decided to strip the rear and some on the fork

You should get a silver crankset!

New wheels, saddle, stem, bars, cranks, saddle. Definitely a good example of what to do to a kilo. Nice job too. Got my son one of these. Got him wheels, pedals, cleats and ready with a saddle.I figured it the same way. It's a fixed gear, so you really can't go wrong...
