ah thanks for the pic. what model caliper is that? I have the same bike and am trying to use a set of 28c's, but cant clear the Tektro R350 caliper. I've been trying to carve out space with a dremel to clear it, but havent had a chance to finish the project yet.

I was afraid that they wouldn't fit when I picked the frame up (have read about the Kilo TT being all over the place for tire fitment) but to my relief I didn't have any issues at all. I had these tires from before I got this frame
