Once a Friends of mine considered getting a retro road bike for daily commuting and gave my some freedom to collect parts I wanted putting together for quite some days. My idea was to get a solid retro look while having some modern tech specs like 1x shifting and STI levers. Selling the parts from the og build gave me the opportunity to get some stuff like the Velo orange quill stem or Dia Compe GC700 brakes.
