These frames were built from 1987 till 1991 at XB3 factory, in total about 600 frames have been released, level between Takhion and Sprint - XB3 Special Order.

XB3(CKTB is a part of factory XB3) in the start of 80's had ishiwata tubes for MOCKBA-80 and early TAKHIONS. Then they used columbus tubes on CKTB TAKHIONS. XB3 KVANT is a model based on takhion draws so it's really good.
if KVANt has decal "KBAHT" on the downtube & decal "CПOPT" on seattube & 2 slots on the bottom bracket-it has nice tubing, not nikopol(seatpost 26.2). However, nobody knows your tubing exactly)

It means nothing) also there was red/dark red KVANT's with fork fork with double crown(like mine on my bike CПOPT)-they were for sprint. And the number 87 on the dropout-is a year of born. Another number-don't know, maybe it's combo of serial number and number of department on factory
