Flip stem too. Back killing you because of excessive anterior trunk flexion.

It won't look great since you have no spacers but it will bring your spine into a less forward flexed position.

MKS GR-9 is pretty much a good standard upgrade.

Just get road drops if your back is in pain... it'll be a much better investment in the long run since eventually you'll definitely want to go for road drops.

fsa compact wing compacts have a great following behind them in terms of comfort and are very inexpensive!

Hey man I've had the same issues on the back pain before. You should check out the +\- 17 degree stem from Thompson. It's a pretty nice angle and not as steep as the pista. I've also ridden a +\- 7 degree stem that worked out well and is aesthetically easing.
