sometimes it's hard to determine which part is low, medium, or high. For some people, Velocity Deep-Vs are considered low while some people considered it medium.
same thing happened to Mavic Ellipse. i might consider Ellipse as a high part (because i just couldn't afford it), while my friend that owns a Comete says differently
AR-713 is actually a decent rim
never had any bad experiences with them..
it's a good bargain for IDR 120.000 each

i didn't compare anything there..
my point is that parts just couldn't be classified as low/med/hi that easily..a socio-economic bias will always be at presence within every point of view when judging bike parts. especially here in Indonesia
i didn't compare mavic to AR.. just saying that AR is actually a good rim and i had no trouble before ;)
