Broken inner seat tube shortly after I picked this up so I just been running into the ground to get my money's worth

Yeah on Leaders website they state the have a life time warranty on the frames. Contact them.

I'm not the original owner, though. Got this 2012 frame new off ebay two years ago from a third party with no defect. I already spoke with them when the problem arose but couldn't supply proof of purchase.

Doesn't Leader have a lifetime warranty? First problem I've ever heard of. Excellent rep.
