Thanks I am thinking about it. I have the 53 right now but on long rides it hurts my back like about 21 miles with breaks too. When your right pedal in the six o'clock position and you're on your seat, would you say your leg is too bent or too straight or just perfect balance?

I always set my seatpost high, like when the pedal is 6oclock, then my leg should be straigth, thats more easy to pedal,
You might need a shorter stem, i guess your bar is pretty far for u to reach? That cause back pain.

Would you say it feels small? I am 5'7" and I am not sure if I should go for a 51cm or 53cm?

53 is my perfect size, but this 50 works to me. 5'7 isnt that big difference to me, u may get the 53. And 53cm is more pursuit.
