Sup? Where you ride at?
Posted over 11 years ago
Usually around San Mateo, but anywhere from San Mateo to the city. What about you?
Posted over 11 years ago
I just rode from my school to san mateo it's only about 9.8 miles but it feels a lot longer haha

Hot bike! You change handlebars as often as I do, yet to find one I can keep on forever. That and I just like to mix it up.

Well I've only really had two. Didn't like those ergo drops so went back to bullhorns cause that's what I'm most used to. Gonna try shallow drops next haha

tell me it rides totally different when you put on the 88. hahaha XD

may I ask you if your cages touch your front wheel while turning?
Posted about 12 years ago
Uhh, I mean when you're going super slow. But toe-overlap is toe-overlap, you get used to it and don't even notice it. Especially when going at a faster speed. Only noticeable when you're going super slow.

Looks good! I may have been trying to buy your wheels?

Thanks! And yeah, I was wondering why your Lo Pro looked so familiar haha.

Awesome bike. How do you like the phil woods and the deep vs together?

Hello Richardg,
Thanks alot for your prompt reply over here and in forum as well! :)

clean build! how do you like the saddle? been wanting to get a flite for a long time!
Posted over 12 years ago
Well the saddle came along with a complete bike that I bought for the parts on it, so it's used and starting to get a bit hard and not so comfy, but despite the amount of usage its seen, it's still alright. Better than those horrible Turbo saddles lol. I would assume that brand new that this saddle would be much better.

Is it easy to skid with Gatorskins?
Posted over 12 years ago
Well for me I have no problem. It differs for everyone though since everyone is at a different level with their skidding and has different preferences.
Although my friend did say that he was able to skid easier with them then Randos.

Hope you don't mind me having your bike as my desktop wallpaper for awhile. ;)
Posted over 12 years ago
And I dig this puppy you have right here. I'm hoping to have mine finished soon (build #2) :D
Posted over 12 years ago
Clean build! The bike just has a simple but really smooth look to it. One of my favorite kagero's I have come across.

what's ur opinion about gatorskin 28C? cause I want one of those
Posted over 12 years ago
I love them! Gatorskins last me forever and I skid a lot for no reason just to make sure I don't get rusty lol. My last one lasted me about 5-6 months or so? Until I started seeing the thread. Had the same 48x17 gear ratio and I can ambidextrously skid. If you have extra cash, I'd say get a gatorskin rather than a rando. I even got my friend to start getting them instead haha
Posted over 12 years ago
LOL. gatorskin with ambidextrously skid until 5-6 months wearing THEN you just started saw the thread? it's a long time ya kno. gatorskins is very long-lasting eh? yes I would buy some gatorskins but they're very expensive in my country, rando is more cheaper than gatorskin. and why don't you choose the 23C?
Posted over 12 years ago
Yeah, it lasted me a really long time haha. And I go with 28c just cause there's more tire to skid, so it lasts longer.
Posted over 12 years ago
ah man really-really wanted gatorskins!! okay man it is more tire on 28C. thanks for your opinion! :)

Naugas says:
What bars are those deep ergo drops on one picture? Maybe it's the photo angle, but they look really deep.
