Original Owner, custom ordered, PY 10 CP road bike. Built at Prestige Peugeot workshop in France. Handmade bike delievered in May, 1980. Storage of this bike always kept in my home.
Frame:

Frame: Reynolds 531 butted tubing; Nervex lugs,
Simplex forged rear drop-outs.
Color: Pearl White.
Fork/Headset:
Chrome fork Crown.
Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Stronglight 105 bis. Alloy cotterless,
Drilled chain-wheels in Silver.
Pedals:
Maillard 700 alloy in Silver.
Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Freewheel: Maillard 700 6 Speed, steel sprockets. Chain: Sedis 4S Sedicolor.
Derailleurs/Shifters:
Simplex SLJ5000T Series, anodized in Silver.
Saddle/Seatpost:
Ideale 2002, Laprade alloy seat post.
Brakes:
Mafac "Competition" Alloy center pull, Anodized with drilled levers and full cover lever hoods.
Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Changed original equipment to a Campagnolo Record set-up in 1984.
I've kept the Maillard 700 "Peugeot" Trophy, polished front hub that originally came with the bike.
Rim: Super Champion alloy tubular rim.
Original Tire: Peugeot "Professional" tubular by Wolber.
Newer tires are installed on the bike since purchased.
Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Changed original equipment to a Campagnolo Record set-up in 1984.

Really nice Prestige! I own a bit younger Prestige model and know what you mean with "smile to my face every day" ;-)
