It is ø26.8 indeed. Actually i bought it with a 26.6 (ugly) seatpost and change for this one. Tighten enough it don't sleep si far…
NB some kg233 are ø27.2

Yeah, right.. really hard to find nice 26.8mm seatposts. I've got one look 233 too, I guess the ones made in 1999 are 26.8mm, the later ones 27.2mm..

ps: Nice build, seems very functional. I dig this stem.
