I'm 5'7 with 31 inseam is 53 a good size for me?

I'm 1.7m with an inseam of 69cm. I'd go with a 52 track. However, by sizing down there will be a bit more toe overlap.

maybe you should change your crank and get one with shorter crank arms so that your seat can sit up higher, and get a shorter stem.
