Handbuilt frame from 90's. Unknown builder from Oregon. Have done some local research but nothing solid. I enjoy the hunt. Bike shop in Portland sold frames several years ago. Any good thoughts on where this may have been built feel free to comment. Mostly built up with stuff I've put on my mass produced pista. Loving that it almost seems to be a one of a kind.
