I just recently sold this.
Frame:
Mercian Super Vigorelli with Reynolds 631 tubing and Prugnat lugs with hear-shaped cut-outs.
Fork/Headset:
Mercian fork, more 631, and a Milremo two-plate round fork crown.
Added by zerohour. Last updated about 14 years ago.
As of about 14 years ago, zerohour has indicated that they no longer own this bike.

Also, I'd say that the 2nd and 3rd photos here are the most true to color of the lot.
