This is my first fixed gear bike and I've had a blast building it up. I wanted a more aggressive track feel to it and with some of the parts to keep the weight down.

I've been trying to find a 26.8x250mm Thompson, but all I see in 330mm. Thinking of getting the 330 and cutting it down.

There really isn't nay need to cut it down. You'll be cutting off 3 inches of an aluminum tube that will weight next to nothing. I have a 330mm one buried deep in my Dawes SST AL and there are no problems at all.

You know, I wanted to get a TT for a while, but yesterday I got to ride one and she wasn't for me. How do you like yours?

I love it. This is my first fixed gear bike, and it seemed like the best bang for my buck. I haven't had any problems with it at all.
