My dad's cursed miyata that I converted to the easiest fixed gear ever, left most components attached just not hooked up.

Shimano arabesque downtube shifters (not cabled)

Handlebars/Stem:
random risers / 3ttt 140mm stem

Saddle/Seatpost:
battered perforated flite / random rat post

Brakes:
shimano arabesque side pull brakes (not cabled)

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
spray painted mavic cosmic

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
mavic ellipse
