This one, along with my track bike seem pretty good. I'd say they're a step above your Nashbar special, but a step below a bike shop brand. There doesn't seem to be any quality issues.

It doesn't look quite as good with the saddle set to the proper height though. I should have went with a 50cm... for looks.
