Very nice, don't you worry about the cops giving out fines for no brakes? I had a few friends get ¥50,000 fines.

It's funny, I've actually been stopped 7 times and one time interrogated in the police headquarters for 6 hours... but never paid anything ever.

Wow, held for 6 hours without charge for no brakes. I think I would prefer the fine. Time is money mofos. I think the lesson to be learnt here children is that if a Japanese policeman asks you to stop, go faster!
