My old touring bike--I would ride it in the Apple Cider Century in high school and college. Now, my summer commuter around Chicago.

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Bottom bracket replaced 5 October 2010 (worn spindle): Shimano UN54 68x122mm

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Falcon 6 Speed 6S Import 14/28 Indexed black cassette, SRAM Bulk 6-8 Speed chain, 13 May 2013.

Derailleurs/Shifters:
Front derailleur cable replaced 12 April 2010 (frayed). Rear derailleur cable replaced 5 October 2010 (preventative).

Handlebars/Stem:
Serfas synthetic cork bar tape 13 May 2013.

Brakes:
13 May 2013 new brake pads

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Panaracer Pasela Tourguard 27" tire 13 May 2013. Front tire replaced 16 July 2010 (preventative).

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Panaracer Pasela Tourguard 27" tire 13 May 2013. Rear wheel replaced 9 January 2013 (after last wheel popped 4 spokes over a few months): Sunrims CR18. Rear wheel replaced 5 October 2010 (cracked dust guard, severely damaged bearings casing): Sta-Tru 27x1-1/4 Alloy Q/R 126mm 6 speed. Rear tire replaced 16 July 2010 (sidewall rot caused blowout).

Accessories:
water bottle cage, Knog rechargeable front and rear lights

Great backstory. Having memories of day on a particular bike is priceless. And I use to spend lot's at Nashbar-not very good or cheap since the Performance takeover.Nice ride,enjoy
