Neil Orrell bendy tube triple triangle

Beautiful (what seems to be custom) frame made by Neil Orrell in Manchester, judging by the reynolds stickers seems to be early 90s. Still in progress, but most components should be here in the next few days..

Frame:
Neil Orrell track frame, now for sale....(sad)

Fork/Headset:
Reynolds 531 fork with Dura Ace 7410 Headset

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Sugino 75 cranks and bb

Pedals:
MKS Sylvan with Cinelli double strap toe clips and MKS fit Alpha double straps

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
50T Sugino Zen, Miche cog and Izumi Standard track chain

Handlebars/Stem:
Nitto Jag 100mm, Nitto B2500aa flat bar

Saddle/Seatpost:
San Marco Concor Supercorsa and Shimano Dura Ace seatpost

Brakes:
Wanton and Furious

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Mavic open pro x dt swiss spokes x Dura Ace 7600 track hub - Continental Gatorskin Hardshell

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Mavic open pro x dt swiss spokes x Dura Ace 7600 track hub - Continental GP4000s2 - 700x20c (there's no clearance for a 23!!)

I keep looking at this pic because the bike is so stunning. Then I notice the dude on the other side is taking a pic of a bike also. Then I see the two look very similar. Lugs, and seat in particular. Is this beauty matched with another on the other side of the wall?

Yeah I think it's just the angle I took the photo at, but it is a 700/700 wheelset
