Nice! I have a 1981 1000 (in blue, of course), all original. These are amazing bikes. Although I retired it, I won't ever part with it.

Yeah, they really are great bikes. I bought mine from the original owner who had ridden her as a commuter with all original components but I'm terrible with stem shifters and wanted a 3x crank set so I rebuilt her. I'd love to see your 1000 If you ever get a chance to post it!
