I guess you could say this bike started off the whole craze in buying and selling bikes. I originally started the cycling hobby with a Fuji Feather which was way too large for me being a 54cm (ride a 50-52cm depending on the frame). Got it for a great deal so I couldn't pass it up. Selling it for almost double what I paid for I got an Iro Mark V just a few weeks later. The Iro Mark V will be one those bikes that I never shouldve sold. Being the first bike that I built frame up, it carried some sentimental value... however, with the cash made from that sale I had just enough to start me off in the world of gears. Buying the Norco Threshold was a great beginning start for me, having no previous knowledge on working with gears this bike taught me a whole lot. Changing disk rotors, to adjusting cables, bent derailleur hangars, changing cassettes, maintaining the headset/ and other bearings etc. This bike taught me everything I had to know to start my foundations within the slightly more complicated world of gears. Selling this bike lead me to buy other bikes, so this flipping life will have some pros and cons but I guess the regrets in due time all become a learning experience. BRAGGING RIGHTS: Currently placed 2nd out of 372 on a CX route on Strava with this bike... shits lame if you aint first tho.
