Hi ! I am a french rider and I have the same frame Euskaltel Pista (size 58), found in a track club from the Pyrennées moutains (near of the Basque country, homeland of Euskaltel).
You have to know that every Lobular Pista made for the Euskaltel team was unique. Mine has diamond shaped tubes (with a huge down tube), fluted chain stay and triangular seat stays, and 3 holes in the back instead of 2.
This bike is really cool and yours is in perfect conditions ! Take care because you'll never find another one :)
