Orłowski fixed

The frame is originally built for 700c wheel size, but I swapped the fork for a longer one and changed to 26" wheels. Still need to sort out the mudguards.

Frame:
2012 Orłowski custom from Columbus Life steel tubing

Fork/Headset:
Carbon fiber & aluminium CX disc fork / Cane Creek 110 headset

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Dura-Ace 7600 chainset / Campagnolo Centaur bb

Pedals:
Time Atac XS

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Velosolo bolt on cog / Dura-Ace 7710 chainring

Handlebars/Stem:
On-One Mary / Unbranded CrMo stem (same as Ritchey Comp Lite)

Brakes:
Shimano SLX

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Sun Ringle Equalizer 31 rim / DT Competition spokes / Shimano XT hub / Continental Race King 2.0"

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:

Thanks. I think it's been fun to ride. At least so far the amusement factor wins over increased weight, rolling resistance or whatever. The 2" tyres seem to handle well on the wide rims.

Looking at numbers, the longer fork and smaller wheels balance each other out pretty well, so the geometry should still be closer to a road bike than an MTB. The bottom bracket is lower than originally, but no pedal strikes yet, and for the kind of riding I do I don't really expect it to be an issue.
