Not keen on the Ourys on this build - personally I'd get some keirin grips and run them right up to the stem. Other than that (and possibly the white tyres), very nice!

They are comfy, no question. I have some myself! I just think they look a little strange on this build... but it's your bike! Build it how you like it and ride it hard!

how do you change the riserbar with trackbar? took off grip and then release it?

Yes thanks.
Luckily its never been repainted and the decals still original....i cant imagine trying to find some chrome Panasonic decals.

my top tube is 20mm shorter then what im accustomed to. so thats why i got a 130mm stem to accommodate;) Thanks for looking
