It started with a set of 9-speed Sora STIs and RS500 cranks i had in my parts bin. Looked for a nice frame and found this used Panasonic South Street with SLX Special Edition and Araya rims. Tried to keep it as japanese as possible. The '93 Panasonic catalog lists the South Street as "Cross Sport", so this adventure/gravel build ist actually quite true to the original. Unfortunately this frame got hit by a car, so i rebuild it with a '93 South Street II frame.
