This bike is insanely special. It is made completely with prototype aero steel tubing and matching aero lug set. The tubes were designed and manufactured in collaboration with Super Vitus and the legendary Dave Moulton, who at the time was building frames for Mike Fraysse, in New Jersey, under the name Paris Sport. The bike is lugged, which means the lugset were also custom fabricated to match the tubing. To my understanding, there were only 30 sets of this tubeset made. The frame was (to my understanding) brazed by the great Francisco Cuevas circa 1982. From this tubeset forward other brands started experimenting with tube shapes to create more aerodynamically looking/built frames. Also beautifully restored by the god of warpaint, Hill Clarke of Airglow Paint.
